Erin Nicholson is a partner on the Growth team, focused on operations.
Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, she worked as a middle school teacher. She previously was on the Go-to-Market Network team as part of the executive briefing center before joining the Growth Team.
Erin holds a master’s degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, where she studied educational leadership. She grew up in a small town in northern Wisconsin, and in her free time, she loves golfing and spending quality time with her husband and daughter either on the beach or hiking.
