About
Garrett is a partner on the Talent Network team focused on technical talent. He joined the firm in 2017 and currently covers the Enterprise and American Dynamism verticals across Venture and Growth. Garrett also manages the network and partnerships for all recruiting tools and vendors for the portfolio to leverage.
Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, Garrett spent three years as a senior recruiter at RockIT Recruiting where he helped venture-backed startups hire software engineers, product managers, and designers.
Garrett graduated from Trinity University with a degree in marketing and entrepreneurship. Outside of work he enjoys both digital and film photography and pottery. He is also a lifelong Golden State Warriors fan.
