Michelle is an executive assistant at a16z and has been with the firm since 2018.

Michelle has extensive high-level experience supporting founding partners, managing and general partners and C-level executives previously at Sequoia Capital, Norwest Venture Partners and a publicly held global company.  Michelle liaisons with Founders, Board Members, LP's, Investors and other high profile executives. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and has a proven track record of planning elaborate leadership offsites and events.

Her most favorite thing to do is spend time with her three children, family, friends and her two dogs.
