Michelle is an executive assistant at a16z crypto and has been with the firm since 2018. Michelle has supported Chris Dixon as he built the crypto team from the ground up and continues to work with the crypto investment team.

Michelle has extensive high-level experience supporting founding partners, managing and general partners and C-level executives previously at Sequoia Capital, Norwest Venture Partners and a publicly held global company.  Michelle liaisons with Founders, Board Members, LP’s, Investors and other high profile executives. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and has a proven track record of planning elaborate leadership offsites and events.

Her most favorite thing to do is spend time with her three children, family, friends and her two dogs.
