More About Natalie
Natalie Bucher is a partner on the HR team focused on employee benefits, engagement, and performance management.
Prior to joining a16z, Natalie was an HR generalist at Osmo, and before that, was the sole HR lead at Lumity. She began her career at PubMatic, where she worked as a recruiting coordinator, executive assistant to the CEO, and finally on the HR team.
Natalie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in human development from Sonoma State University. She is a proud Bay Area native who loves spending time outside (especially at the beach) and traveling.
