About
Andrea is a Business Operations partner on the Bio + Health team.
Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, she led the Business Operations function at mental health startups Little Otter and Anise. Prior to that, she worked at BCG and REDF (venture philanthropy).
Andrea graduated from Anahuac University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and holds an MBA from Berkeley Haas. She grew up in Mexico City and is passionate about the outdoors, music, volunteering, and all things mental health.
