Probook built dispatch first, the part most vendors avoid because it is genuinely hard. Routing the closest available technician is easy; routing the right one is not. Technicians have different skills, conversion rates, and areas of expertise, and the gap between a good match and a bad one shows up directly in revenue. Only after owning that decision layer did Probook expand into the rest of the front office: intake, data scrubbing, customer messaging, and outbound.
Because everything shares one context layer, the whole system works as one. Every customer stays on a single text thread with a single number, from the first call to the technician at the front door. Every inbound lead is answered with full information. Every booking is cleaned before it is assigned. Humans handle the exceptions; the software handles the rest. This is not a copilot that hands work back to an already-overloaded front office. It does the work, and operators add points to their EBITDA as a result.
Probook is hard to replicate because of where it came from. CEO George Eliadis grew up in the industry, pressure washing alongside his dad in upstate New York across six summers in the truck. He knows what it is to be up on a ladder washing a house and miss the call that would have booked the next job. Years later, he spent a summer inside TR Miller, a $40 million HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shop in Illinois that became Probook’s first customer, and saw the same problems play out at scale.
George and his co-founders, CTO Lewis Zhang and Ben Cervantez, have paired that hard-won domain empathy with outlier technical depth. It shows in how they build. Probook deploys with customers in person, configures the platform shoulder to shoulder with their front-line teams, and stays on the hook for the outcomes it sells. In a category full of software that is sold and forgotten, that posture has made Probook a rare vendor that operators actually trust to run their business.
Probook already runs across hundreds of locations nationwide, from independently owned shops to private-equity-backed platforms, including TurnPoint Services, Master Trades Group, Del-Air, Peterman Brothers, and Sila Services. Summers Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, with 14 locations and 260 technicians on the platform, booked 2,542 jobs in its first month on Probook with zero human intervention. Del-Air more than doubled productivity from 10 to 22 techs per dispatcher.
