Jeffrey Nagashima is a partner on the Legal and Compliance team focused on venture and growth investments and portfolio companies.
Prior to joining a16z, Jeffrey worked at Wilson Sonsini in Palo Alto, California, advising emerging growth companies and venture capital funds on a broad range of corporate matters, including formations, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and public company reporting. Before that, Jeffrey worked at McMillan, a law firm in Toronto, Canada, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions.
Jeffrey graduated with a degree in engineering science, with a specialization in aerospace, and a joint JD/MBA from the University of Toronto. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to podcasts, playing video games, and finding great desserts.
