Nadia is a director on the Investor Relations team where she is focused on strategy, product and experience for limited partners.
Prior to joining a16z, Nadia spent the majority of her career at Wasatch Global Investors, a boutique investment management firm that builds small and micro-cap public equity portfolios across the U.S., developed, emerging, and frontier markets. While at Wasatch, she focused on business development, strategy and investor relations, working closely with institutional investors.
Originally from a small rural village in Russia, Nadia’s first entrepreneurial endeavor was being a sole supplier of chicken eggs to her 500-person village. Nadia moved to the U.S. in pursuit of education and received an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a mediocre but passionate skier, surfer, and mountain biker.
