Samson Wu is a partner on the HR team focused on recruiting operations.
Prior to joining a16z, Samson was a program manager and recruiter at CloudKitchens where he helped launch the technical recruiting function and supported international expansion (EMEA and APAC). Before that, he was on the recruiting team at Uber and worked as a finance manager of the international not-for-profit organization, AIESEC United States.
Samson graduated with a B.S. in economics from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He is currently based in Southern California with his partner and has the cutest loaf of bread (corgi).
