More About Sarah
Sarah is a coordinator on the Cultural Leadership Fund focused on systems, databases, and operations.
Before joining a16z, Sarah gained valuable experience at Genentech, managing customer relationships and improving processes while also supporting the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. She developed and implemented new recruiting guidelines for hiring managers, organized community and professional development events, and established strategic partnerships.
Sarah graduated with an MBA in marketing and a BS in accounting from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California. Outside of work, Sarah is a fan of live music and sports, loves getting lost in nature through a hike, indulging in delicious eats, books (whether it’s a juicy autobiography or a thrilling science fiction novel), and embracing culture through travel.
