Taylor Altomare is a senior associate on the Finance team.
Prior to joining a16z, Taylor was a technical valuation manager at Carta where he prepared and reviewed more than 750 ASC 820 valuations to support clients' reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with the firm's valuation policy. Before that, he worked at Deloitte serving clients in private equity and venture capital, retail, and technology.
Taylor graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Washington State University. He is also a certified public accountant in Texas State. Outside of his professional life, Taylor’s hobbies include exercising, golfing, paddleboarding, and reading.
