More About Andrew
Andrew Omori is a partner leading the Fund Strategy team.
Prior to his current role, Andrew was on the firm’s Capital Network team where he advised a16z portfolio companies on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and debt placement strategies. Before joining a16z, Andrew was an investment banker working on public and private M&A, public stock offerings, hostile defense and activist investor defense, private placements, and divestitures/corporate carve-outs. Andrew has served as an advisor to various tech companies, most recently serving as a Board advisor to Clubhouse Media Group.
Andrew graduated with a degree in economics from Occidental. He has lived in Hawaii, Seattle, and Los Angeles where he cultivated his love for the outdoors.
