Leila Hay is a partner on the Go-to-Market Network team, focused on the public sector and American Dynamism.
Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, she worked on AWS’ worldwide public sector venture capital and startup team, which helps connect AWS startups to public sector customers and use cases. She also worked at a variety of Bay Area startups.
Leila graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in French and double minor in biology and violin performance. She is the proud owner of 2 retired rescue greyhounds, also known as 40-mph couch potatoes.
