Nate Lau is a partner at Andreessen Horowitz focused on design.
Prior to joining a16z, Nate was a brand art supervisor focused on building design systems and graphic identities in the biotech and pharmaceutical space. While an independent consultant, he collaborated with founders to craft story-worthy brand identities for seed to Series A startups. Before that, Nate led design at Tegu, whose award-winning magnetic blocks have been well-loved around the world.
Nate graduated from Art Center College of Design. He currently lives in the Columbus, Ohio area with his family and fervently roots for the Giants from afar.
