April Roth is a compliance officer on the Legal and Compliance team.
Prior to joining a16z, April worked at Deutsche Bank in a compliance advisory role for the fixed income and capital markets division. Before that, she was with Cushman & Wakefield where she operationalized and managed their corporate compliance program.
April graduated with a bachelors in arts & sciences and a minor in art history from Syracuse University. She also attended New York Law and is licensed in New York and New Jersey. Away from work, April enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants in NYC, and providing her husband with moral support for the Detroit Lions.
