More About Beth
Beth is a partner on the Talent Network Team focused on Executive Talent.
Before joining Andreessen Horowitz in 2017, she was with the Executive Search firm Korn Ferry. For 13 years, she led and executed executive search projects for clients across the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. Earlier in her career, she helped build a recruiting services firm that specialized in helping small tech start-ups and was also on the internal talent acquisition/recruiting team at Sun Microsystems.
She graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Zoology. She grew up in the Bay Area and is an avid sailor and skier.
