Andrea Simon is a partner on the Talent Network team, focused on executive talent.
Prior to a16z, Andrea was a recruiter for several startups, most recently at Pave and before that at Segment (acquired by Twilio). Andrea started her career as a recruiting coordinator at Google, Amazon, and PG&E before moving to agency, Betts Recruiting.
Andrea graduated with a BA from UC Santa Barbara and loves spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, and reading celebrity memoirs.
