Kim Enright-Fong is a partner on the Talent Network team, focused on executive talent on both the Consumer and Enterprise teams.
Before joining a16z, Kim held the position of Executive Recruiter at MasterClass, where she was the first recruiter to join the team. Prior to her time at MasterClass, she gained experience in recruiting at GoPro and Facebook.
Kim earned her BA degree from Loyola Marymount University. Outside of her professional endeavors, she finds joy in spending quality time with her family and friends. Her interests include playing pickleball, enjoying rounds of golf, and immersing herself in documentary films.
