Kristina Graci-deLuna is a partner on the People Practices team focused on human resources and recruiting.
Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, she worked in the technology and retail industries leading global HR and recruiting teams. Before working in human resources and talent acquisition, Kristina was a therapist working with at-risk adolescents and women.
Kristina graduated from San Francisco State University with an MA in marriage, family, and child counseling, and a BS in sociology. When she’s not working, she’s probably spending time with her over 100 nieces and nephews.
