Tom Hammer leads People Practices for a16z speedrun.

Before joining a16z, Tom led People and Recruiting for Bird Rides through a period of rapid growth. Before that, his team at Riot Games built performance and development programs for employees globally. He also served as an HRBP and Category Account Manager at Procter & Gamble.

Tom earned an MBA, MA, and BSBA from Ohio State University while serving as a recruiter for the varsity football program.
