Oliver Hsu

Oliver Hsu

Oliver is a partner on the American Dynamism investing team at Andreessen Horowitz, where he focuses on companies advancing core civic industries like education, housing, and industrial automation.

Prior to joining Andreessen Horowitz, Oliver was an early hire and chief of staff at Mos, a consumer fintech company focused on education financing. At Mos, he led multiple business operations functions and helped launch the company’s scholarship and banking products. Before that, he worked in operations and analytics at Aura, a consumer lending startup. He also spent time at Andela and as a fellow with Susa Ventures.

Oliver holds an AB magna cum laude in public and international affairs from Princeton University.
