Theresa Dilley is a partner on the People Practices team, focused on human resources and recruiting.
Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, she worked at various startups building out the recruiting, HR, and operations functions of their businesses.
Theresa graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in sociology with an emphasis in English. When she’s not working, she’s either reading a debut novel, listening to a podcast while hiking, or trying out a New York Times Cooking recipe.
