Before Index, she joined the founding team at Human Capital while studying engineering at Harvard and helped build it from an engineering recruiting firm into a $600M+ AUM venture fund, working with companies including Anduril, Applied Intuition, Verkada, and others. She rowed in the Harvard-Radcliffe 1V boat and competed skiing on the Freeride Tour.
