More About Elisa
Elisa Leonhardt is an executive assistant supporting the HR and People Practices teams.
Prior to joining a16z, Elisa worked at Summit Partners as the executive assistant to the managing director and the technology and education team.
She graduated magna cum laude with a BA in business management from Menlo College. She also has an AA degree in liberal arts and a dental assisting degree. Elisa is a third generation Bay Area native. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her husband and 2 young boys, being outdoors, traveling, watching horror movies, and listening to 80’s and 90’s hip hop music. Fun fact: Elisa was the only EA at Summit Partners to source a deal, TinyPrints, which was later acquired by Shutterfly.
