Karishma Patel is a partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where she is focused on Business Operations.
Prior to joining a16z, Karishma was a product operations manager for Uber for Business, launching and scaling products such as Uber Health and Ads. Before that, she was a manager at the Draper Venture Network focused on portfolio support and firm operations. She has held operating roles at various startups.
Karishma graduated with a bachelor's degree from New York University and a master's degree from the Marshall School of Business at USC. She enjoys listening to live music, trying new restaurants, playing tennis, and supporting Lakers basketball.
