Andy McCall is a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where he works with the American Dynamism and AI Apps funds.
He has more than 30 years of experience, most recently holding executive leadership roles at Samsara, Cisco, and Meraki. Andy has worked in a variety of roles in his career, spanning startups to the largest F500 companies. Most recently as CRO at Samsara, Andy grew a team over seven years starting at single digits millions, through a successful IPO, to over $1B in ARR at the time of his departure. Andy enjoys working with entrepreneurs, and is most excited when those moments of great ideas, brilliant minds, hard work, incredible talent, and thoughtful culture fuse into an amazing company.
Andy holds a BA from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA and doctorate from Pepperdine University.
Andy serves on the board of Skydio, AirGarage, and ChartHop.
